I'm Dr. Jinny Hong, a Registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, offering virtual therapy to adults across Ontario and British Columbia.
I work with high-functioning, thoughtful people who are outwardly capable but privately struggling. If you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, or panic, you're in the right place.
My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and build more effective ways of coping and responding.
