I’m Dr. Jinny Hong, a Registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist licensed in Ontario and British Columbia. I provide virtual therapy and psychological assessment services for adults seeking support with anxiety, trauma, OCD, depression, panic, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work collaboratively with clients using culturally sensitive, evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to your goals, pace, and individual needs.

My clinical approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and focuses on both present-day patterns and deeper emotional and relational experiences that may be contributing to distress. Together, we work to understand what you’re experiencing, what may be maintaining these difficulties, and what can help you feel more grounded, regulated, and effective in your daily life.

Many people I work with struggle with chronic anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing patterns that feel difficult to shift on their own. This may include social anxiety, fear of judgment, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, attachment-related concerns, and relationship anxiety.

Many people are looking for a psychologist who feels both knowledgeable and approachable. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
