Psychological Assessment
Find clarity and make confident decisions.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s happening? A psychological assessment can provide clarity. More than just a test, it’s a roadmap to understanding yourself, your patterns, and the challenges you face. Many people seek assessments to gain insight into conditions like ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, trauma, emotional struggles, or complex mental health concerns, as well as to obtain recommendations for therapy, workplace or school accommodations, and insurance purposes.
Assessment length and cost can vary depending on the scope of your concerns and whether a formal report is required. A typical assessment begins with an initial conversation about your history, goals, and current challenges. You will then complete standardized questionnaires and self-report measures to map your symptoms and patterns. A semi-structured diagnostic interview follows, exploring your experiences in depth. I analyze all the results to develop a comprehensive case formulation. Finally, we review the findings together in a feedback session, where I provide any diagnoses, offer practical recommendations, and outline next steps for treatment or support.
